For just £99 you can make your own 3 tier rich fruit wedding cake.
Portions:
This will serve around 130 finger portions.
The price includes:
10", 8" and 6" round, ready made excellent quality rich fruit cakes,
13" drum board, 8" and 6" thin boards for stacking the cakes on,
6 x dowels (need to be cut to size),
2Kg good quality naturally coloured marzipan,
2Kg white or ivory roll out icing,
15ml ribbon to trim board, 25ml ribbon for cake,in a choice of colours,
Handmade sugar flower spray in various colours,
Detailed instruction leaflet included.
Extra equipment and materials you may need:
apricot jam, glue i.e. pritstick or double sided tape, rolling pin, strong knife or scissors to cut dowels, smoothers (optional.)
